Auto C-WRAP Labeling Solution C-wrap label applicator

Machine customized suit for different kinds objects labeling in C-Wrap shape .

With printer device optional, printing the date and batch number on labels. 

Machine conveyor can made depends on the labeling objects size.

Working process

Box delivery to separate box device, keep all box in same distance and delivery to the clamping device, which keep box not move and waiting for labeling ;

When sensor check box, send signal to PLC, PLC received signal deal with information first, then output signal to servo motor driver,  drive motor send label out with long distance and past label on box side surface, then the top and bottom two brush device brush label on box surface at the same time. labeling finish.
