Fully automatic labeling machine for bucket and pails

Working Process

Buckets delivery to labeling machine conveyor from production line, or worker put bucket on machine conveyor,delivery to fix position device, make sure each bucket in the same direction ;

Bucket move in a center line into the press bucket device, fix bucket body not move and waiting for labeling. 

When sensor check bucket, send signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information first, then output signal to servo motor send label on bucket side surface first, then air cylinder device brush label on bucket surface smoothly, labeling finish.
