Auto empty bag top&bottom labeling machine

Working Process

Worker put a dozen of bags in to the paging feeder device, delivery out one by one to the 1# top labeling engine for top surface labeling 

When sensor check bag, send signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information first, then output signal to 1# servo motor driver send label on top surface;

Go on delivery to 2# bottom labeling engine for the bottom labeling, labeling way is some.

After finish labeling, delivery to the end conveyor collection device for collect.

PS : The collection conveyor device is optional ,also can use hopper for collection .

Machine detail function

1.Feeder device

Can put dozens of bags into feeder device one time,then delivery out one by one,Customized depends on the max bag size;

2. Top Servo control labeling engine for bag top surface labeling 

3. Bottom servo control labeling engine for bag bottom surface labeling 

4.Press device,press bag not move when labeling on the bottom surface

5. End part collection device for choose
